DID, troubled by the loss of community nursing home beds to gentrification and by the city's actions which caused the loss of this deed-restricted community health care facility, yielding great profit to a private developer at the expense of our community, holds the city accountable for this and calls for a thorough investigation and actions to correct and prevent such actions.
