DID is proud to be a member of Vote Blue NYC, a coalition, of NYC Democratic clubs, grassroots organizations and elected officials. 

We will campaign for key congressional candidates in New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. Our strategy is: flip the House, hold the Senate, and send Kamala Harris and Tim Walz to the White House!  

Buses are going to these and other critical battleground congressional races to canvass for 

• New York CD-4 (Long Island) Laura Gillen
• New York CD-17  Mondaire Jones
• New York CD-18 Pat Ryan
• New York CD-19  Josh Riley
• New Jersey CD-7 Sue Altman
• Pennsylvania CD-1 Ashley Ehasz.
• Pennsylvania CD-7 Susan Wild
• Pennsylvania CD-8 Matt Cartwright

Vote Blue will be sending canvassing buses to districts within a 100-mile radius of New York City. All are day trips. No prior experience is needed: additional training provided on the bus and lunch is included! We ask volunteers to pay a small fee to help offset the costs of the buses (usually $10) but no one will be turned away due to an inability to pay.  

Vote Blue buses will leave from Union Square starting on September 14th, and run every Saturday (and some Sundays) through Election Day.
