NY Say YES to PROP 1- ERA

Prop 1 (NY ERA) is on the ballot in New York this election. This amendment would protect abortion rights and reproductive healthcare. It would also protect all New Yorkers from government discrimination based on age, disability, sexual orientation, ethnicity, and national origin. Downtown Independent Democrats (DID) is a proud member of the coalition working to make sure New Yorkers flip their ballots over and vote YES on Prop 1.
Please take action to get this over the finish line. See below for ways to get involved. And make sure you tell your friends and family to vote YES on Prop 1!

High Priority:

Show your support on Sunday, October 20, 1:30pm at the Prop 1 Rally with elected officials, including Manhattan Borough President Mark Levine, Congressman Dan Goldman, and many others! DID is a co-host. Learn more and RSVP here.

Volunteer on Election Day to hand out Prop 1 palm cards and remind voters to flip over their ballots at a polling location near you! Sign up here.
