At this forum we will hear from candidates for the following positions:
- Congressional District 7
- Congressional District 10
- Congressional District 12
- Democratic State Committee AD 66
These are all the congressional districts, as now structured, in the DID coverage area.
State Committee candidates for AD 65 were invited to participate at our NTS Legislative forum held on January 9th.
We understand that candidacies and, with redistricting, district lines may change. We will look to address those changes should they occur. Because of the number of state and federal electoral seats in the DID coverage area, the short timeline to petitioning, and the uncertainty of both the redistricting and petitioning timelines, we cannot delay these forums and provide our members with a fair representation of the candidates.
Immediately after the forum, DID members only will debate and vote our endorsements.
