Our meeting this month will be our first hybrid Zoom - In-person meeting.
We are honored to have Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer join to update us on the monumental initiatives in the Senate and Congress that are so fundamental to our Democratic values.
Also joining us as our guest will be Felicia Singh, Democratic nominee for City Council District 32 in Queens. District 32 includes Howard Beach, Ozone Park, and The Rockaways. This seat was previously held by Republican and term-limited Erich Ulrich. Felicia won the June Democratic Primary in a six-person race while getting double the number of votes that the Republican nominee received in that primary. She is a teacher and daughter of working-class immigrants. We welcome her as we build political bridges across our city.
