In coordination with New Yorkers for Equal Rights, DID is organizing to help pass the New York State Equal Rights Amendment ballot measure to protect the right to an abortion in New York and expand New York State constitutional protections for the LGBTQ community, seniors and those with disabilities.

The Equal Rights Amendment will be listed as Proposal 1 on the back of our ballots this Election Day, November 5, 2024.
