If you live in a rent regulated apartment, you might be eligible to have your rent frozen. Senator Brian Kavanagh is hosting a Senior Citizen Rent Increase Exemption (SCRIE) / Disability Rent Increase Exemption (DRIE) clinic to help those who are eligible sign up for this program.
